This farm is located in the very heart of Andalusia, where the land gives us the best olive oil in the world. It is devoted to the cultivation of olive trees of the varieties: Picuda, Hojiblanca and Picual; as well as the obtention of high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Lagar Los Raigones is an ancestral wine press in Montilla, as we can back up by the counterweight Tower and the vestiges of the beam press located where nowadays the premises of the house are located. Los Raigones is related to the Jimenez Panadero family since the beginning of the last century, having different family members inherited the wine press generation after generation up to the present. ‘Comercial los Raigones’ is the main body that commercializes the wines that are made in the wine press.
