It was founded in the year 1979 on the initiative of a group of farmers promoted by the Union of UAGA. Since its inception, its activity has focused on the production of white wine and extra virgin olive oil in the facilities of the Avenida de Italia in Montilla. Subsequently, as a result of the increase in partners, it is necessary to transfer the wine and oil production activity to new facilities (Calle Río de la Hoz), maintaining the main residence on Avenida de Italia.

It was founded in 1963 on the initiative of a group of farmers. Today it has a great potential, with 1,585 hectares of olive groves and being one of the most modern agro-industrial production complexes in Spain. It is also devoted to the production of olive oil.
