El Rincón del Conde
Is a family-owned tavern, which preserve typical dishes of the city. It was founded in 1969 by Antonio Berral Graciano, known as ‘El Niño Los Cabos’. He started a tradition at his modest kitchen popularizing dishes as the ‘Crispín’ made of hake and béchamel and dressed with tomato and mayonnaise sauces. Also the ‘cipotillo’, skewer made of chorizo, pepper and bacon, is very popular in Montilla.
